ASSOCIATE PRODUCER - LOUISE HIGHAM
Louise is the eldest daughter of Marianne, Odette's youngest child. She regularly gives talks about her grandmother and is involved with various groups that honour her memory and use her story to inspire others.
Louise's career began after a conversation on a doorstep whilst studying at Durham University, after which she applied to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama to study Stage Management. A few years later, she started her career with the BBC in Light Entertainment and Children's TV.
After a varied and exciting ten years in production, she moved away from London with her family and worked in the schools where her husband was headmaster, teaching drama and producing school plays, alongside other roles, all over the UK and in Kenya.
Louise currently works as a foster carer and volunteers as a parish councillor. She is excited to return to her roots by helping bring this play to the UK, to keep the story of bravery and resilience, which she grew up with, alive for the benefit of others.
